Customer Value and Share Holder Wealth

I gave a speech and workshop to the Etisalat Group companies in Dubai, and Essa El Haddad  (Chief Commercial Officer) wanted to know the impact of Customer Value on share holder wealth. Some answers are given below

There is a University of Michigan study over a 10 year period that shows a
1% increase in value or satisfaction increased share price by 4.6%*.
